Delivery

Enjoy FREE Delivery for orders above RM99 (after discount) within West Malaysia, and get RM8 off for Sabah & Sarawak deliveries.

For orders below RM99, RM8+ postage is incurred for West Malaysia, RM15+ postage is incurred for East Malaysia.

If your cart contains items with different delivery times such as normal items & pre-order items, we will deliver your order when all items are in-stock in a single delivery.

If you prefer to receive your normal items first, kindly contact us. An additional postage is required for the delivery of your PRE-ORDER items.

Currently, we only deliver within Malaysia. For other countries, kindly contact us at support@fishoilcat.com for shipment charges before making your payment. We will advise you accordingly before you proceed to check out.

2-5 working days for delivery within Peninsular Malaysia except for orders which contain Pre-Order items. East Malaysia will incur 3-7 working days for delivery lead time.

Once your order are ready to ship, we will email you a unique tracking code for you to track your parcel at all times. This tracking code is sent to your registered email address. Please check your Junk Mail in case it’s there!

Once your order has been picked up by the courier team, you may click on Track Your Order on Homepage. Key in your Tracking Number and your delivery status will be shown.

Report to our Customer Support team is to be made within 48 hours from the date of delivery. If a report is made after 48 hours, the claim will be automatically rejected by our Warehouse team. Kindly have the following documentations submitted with your report and email them to support@fishoilcat.com.

- Pick List (white A4 list that can be found inside the parcel)
- Copy of Poslaju Consignment Note
- Clear Photos of the received damaged good.

Please note that reports without the above proper documentations will be rejected by the Warehouse team.

If you are working, it would be advisable to ship to your office address because postal services like Poslaju operates between 8:30am to 6pm on weekdays and 8:30am to 1pm on Saturdays.

If no one is physically able to collect your parcel after two delivery attempts, your parcel will either be held at the nearest Poslaju branch or sent back to us. For redelivery cases, extra postage might incur.

You must ensure you will be available to accept delivery at the Delivery Address. If you are not available and redelivery is required, a calling card will be left for you to arrange redelivery.

Where redelivery is required because you were not available at the agreed time, you consent to paying additional Delivery Fees as required by the Delivery Agent.

Orders & Payment

1. Log on to fishoilcat.com.
2. You can search for something specific by using the search bar or if you’re looking for a particular type of item, you can browse by 'Shop Now' located on the top of the page.
3. To add items to your cart, click on 'Add to Cart' with your desired quantity.
4. To review your items, click on the 'Cart' icon located at the upper right corner of the page.

When you're ready to place your order:

5. Click on ‘Proceed To Checkout’ and your order summary will appear for your review.
6. If you have an applicable 'Discount Code', enter it and click on ‘Apply’. Changes will take effect once you have successfully entered the code.
7. Fill in your preferred Shipping Address, Shipping Method and Payment Option, then click on ‘Pay Now’ to proceed with the payment.

You will receive a confirmation email shortly after you have successfully placed your order.

You may check the status of your order in your account dashboard. If your payment did not go through, your order will be automatically cancelled.

For your convenience, you may click the reorder button to make your order again.

If you don't see any tracking data, your parcel may be in transit and has not reached your local courier hub.

Tracking details usually require 24 hours to update. Should you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Check the status of your order by following these steps:

  1. Sign In to your account.
  2. Click on your ‘account' on top right of website header.
  3. Click on Order History for your order summary.
Alternatively, do check your email inbox for a Shipped Order notification with a tracking number.

You can either pay via:

Please ensure you bank in the correct amount. Any change owed to you will be given in the form of store credit.

If you decide to pay using method ATM/bank transfer, please whatsapp your payment slip to +6017 515 3134 stated your Order Number .

Cancellation of orders can only be made within 4 hours from the time of ordering.

Orders exceeding 4 hours may be rejected for cancellation as per our team's discretion.

Cancellation charges are 5% from the total order cost.

You will need to make a separate order or contact us for assistance.

You will only receive your digital Tax Invoice via the email address that you have provided us with. There will be no physical copy attached in your parcel.

Only a Packing List showing product names and quantities will be attached in your parcel.

Returns

Thank you for shopping with FishOilCat Malaysia. We want you to be happy with every product you purchase.
Therefore, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return items purchased online within 7 days of delivery.
Please note that all returned items are refunded in the original method of payment and at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, and less any shipping fees.

By emailing Customer Care in advance, it will ensure that when your package arrives and handled appropriately.

FishOilCat Treat

All the six flavours share the same functionalities and contain an equivalent percentage of Ω-3. It contain as below:

- Each cat strip contains 288mg of fish oil.
- Approximately 200mg of Ω-3 intake per strip.
- EPA > 125mg, DHA > 65mg per strip.

These Omega-3 fish oils are vet-recommended way to support your cat's overall health, and it's all-natural, non-toxic supplement.

The only difference lies in the protein flavors, catering specifically to your cat's individual preferences.

This is due to the absence of stabilizers such as starch and gelatin in the product. If separation of the meat and water or oil occurs, it is a normal phenomenon, and you can use the product with confidence.

It is salmon skin/subcutaneous brown meat, which is part of the raw materials of salmon. It poses no health risk. This is an unavoidable occasional occurrence and can be consumed with confidence.

At FishOilCat Malaysia, we prioritize nutritional value and do not use meat powder or minced meat, even though they are more convenient for processing.

Choosing whole fish for processing implies higher processing difficulty, and tough materials like fish skin are difficult to completely blend under equipment limitations, resulting in occasional fish skin and brown fish meat in the finished product.

FishOilCat Malaysia promises that all our products do not contain artificial additives such as preservatives or flavor enhancers.

For cats aged 3-12 months, it is recommended to feed them half a stick per day.
For cats older than 12 months, it is recommended to feed them 1-2 sticks per day.
For cats under 3 months, it is not recommended to feed them due to their underdeveloped gastrointestinal system.

Tip: For cats with weak or sensitive stomachs, it is advisable to start with no more than one stick per feeding, divided into multiple feedings, or mixed with dry food.

Gradually adjust the amount based on the cat's dietary habits and health condition.

Please store the cat sticks at room temperature in a cool, shaded place, and avoid direct sunlight.

After opening, it is recommended to seal and refrigerate them, and they should be consumed within two days to prevent the growth of bacteria that could be harmful to your cat.
